1. The diameter and flow range of the intelligent vortex flowmeter are the key parameters for selecting an intelligent vortex flowmeter. Flow meters with different diameters have different measurement ranges and output frequency ranges. For example, for a 150mm caliber flowmeter, the measurement range for liquid gas and steam is from 3m/h to 636m/h, and the output frequency range is between 4Hz and 446Hz; For larger 250mm apertures, the measurement range is extended to 65-1250m/h, and the output frequency range is 1.5-25Hz. The selection of these parameters needs to be determined according to actual application requirements. The application of intelligent vortex flowmeter in biogas pipelines requires special attention, as the flow rate of biogas pipelines is relatively small and usually requires reducing the diameter to ensure measurement accuracy. It is very important to choose a suitable Jiaoling flowmeter in biogas measurement. Firstly, it is necessary to understand the minimum flow rate, common flow rate, and maximum flow rate of biogas to ensure that the flow meter can effectively cover the measurement requirements. Meanwhile, as the biogas measurement site may not have a power source, a battery powered vortex flowmeter can be chosen to meet the on-site power supply conditions. If it is necessary to bring the display of the flowmeter indoors, an integrated vortex flowmeter can be selected, and the output signal can be transmitted to the indoor flow integrator through a cable to achieve on-site display. When installing a vortex flowmeter, special attention should be paid to the following points:
1. Avoid frequent opening and closing of valves near the upstream of the installation point to protect the servic
2. Try to avoid installing on very long overhead pipelines to prevent the sensor from sagging and causing seal leakage. The length of the upstream straight pipe section should be approximately 15 times the diameter of the flowmeter, and the length of the downstream straight pipe section should be approximately 5 times to ensure the complete performance of the flowmeter. The working principle of vortex flowmeter is based on the Karman vortex phenomenon. Under specific conditions, setting up non streamlined vortex generators in the fluid can generate alternating vortex columns. By installing capacitive or piezoelectric probes on the vortex generator and configuring corresponding circuits, flow detection can be achieved. The installation and use of vortex flowmeter should follow the above guidelines to ensure its stable and accurate measurement of fluid flow.
