1. Principle of Mass Flow Meter
Mass flow meters include direct mass flow meters and indirect mass flow meters. Indirect mass flow meters are flow meters that measure mass flow by combining ordinary volumetric flow meters with density meters. Direct mass flow meters can directly measure the mass flow of fluids, mainly including Coriolis mass flow meters and thermal gas mass flow meters. Xiamen Hongkong Instrument specifically introduces the working principles of these two direct mass flow meters. The working principle of Coriolis mass flowmeter HK-CMF series Coriolis mass flowmeter is the most accurate and repeatable product among flow meters. It uses advanced Coriolis force sensors and can directly measure mass flow rate, medium ridge density, and temperature with a single Coriolis force mass flowmeter, allowing users to have a more direct understanding of the fluid operation process. The HK-CMF series mass flowmeter consists of two units: the mass flowmeter sensor and the mass flowmeter associated electronic unit (i.e. transmitter). The flow sensor consists of the main components such as the housing, micro vibration measuring tube, vibration driver, signal detector, and temperature compensation element. When the fluid passes through the vibration measuring tube, under the action of the fluid pushing and the vibration force applied to the measuring tube, the measuring tube will obtain additional Coriolis force, which is proportional to the mass flow rate of the fluid. The phase difference caused by the micro twist of the measuring tube caused by the Coriolis force during vibration can be converted into a linear electrical signal output to obtain the indication of mass flow rate. The electronic unit (i.e. tran
